The aim is to define organisational changes, process adjustments, responsibilities, priorities and digitalisation measures, to ensure efficiency, quality and sustainable change within the company, including documentation, preliminary discussion of the task, expected results and priorities.
Result:
Report with transformation plan and recommendations for action.
