Conducting a 4-hour workshop, interactive and practical, to collaboratively address processes, challenges or projects., including documentation, preliminary discussion of the task, expected outcomes and priorities.
Outcome:
Workshop materials with guide (PowerPoint) and documented results including recommendations for action (PDF).

Booking and

Proposals for kick-off and goal definition
Appointment scheduling within 5 working days from order confirmation
Conducting the kick-off and goal definition meeting including signing a non-disclosure agreement and arranging data access and data exchange.
Start of the project
Completion of the project within 10 working days from the kick-off and goal definition meeting
Recommendation of suitable follow-up packages
