Definition of process indicators (KPIs) and metrics, Creation of process control charts according to Lean Six Sigma or comparable methods, Introduction and training of the indicators and control charts, to continuously monitor processes and detect deviations early, as well as the accompanying monitoring, until the system is stably implemented and handed over to your organisation, including documentation, preliminary discussion of the task, expected results and priorities.
Result:
Report and documentation as well as implemented and trained process performance system with KPIs and control charts.
