Procedure:
1. Booking and advance payment via the E-Services
2. Sending of the order confirmation by email including delivery of proposed appointment times
3. Appointment scheduling
4. Conducting the initial consultation via video call
Refund:
The costs for the initial consultation will be refunded if:
within 5 working days after the initial consultation the package Process Quick-Check is booked, and
within5 working days after the appointment date of the Process Quick-Check another E-Service package is booked.
