The aim is to gain a direct impression of the processes through on-site visits and personal observation, to identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement as well as to check whether implemented processes are functioning as planned, including documentation, pre-discussion of the task, expected results, and priorities.

Site visit report with recommendations for action.

Appointment scheduling within 5 working days from order confirmation
Conducting the kick-off and goal definition meeting including the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement as well as the regulation of data access and data exchange.
Start of the project
Completion of the project within 10 working days from the kick-off and goal definition meeting
Recommendation of suitable follow-up packages
