Root Cause Analysis (Business Engineering)


Service: Maximum 40 hours

Systematic analysis of identified process issues and bottlenecks, to identify the causes of inefficiencies, waste, quality deviations or delays, including documentation, preliminary discussion of the task, expected outcomes and priorities.

Outcome:

Report on root cause analysis with recommendations for action.

Note:

  • Expenses are not included.

  • Expandable via additional packages +4h or +8h, which can be booked through the E-Services.

Process:

  1. Booking and prepayment via the E-Services

  2. Sending of the order confirmation by email

  3. Proposals for kick-off and goal definition meetings

  4. Appointment scheduling within 5 working days from order confirmation

  5. Conducting the kick-off and goal definition meeting including signing a non-disclosure agreement and arranging data access and data exchange.

  6. Start of the project

  7. Completion of the project within 10 working days from the kick-off and goal definition meeting

  8. Recommendation of suitable follow-up packages
