- Self-Assessment Questionnaire: You will answer targeted questions, based on which the maturity level of your processes in 5 dimensions will be determined.
- Analysis of the questionnaire: We will evaluate your answers and prepare the results for the consultation.
- Consultation: Based on the analysis, we will discuss the current state of your processes.
- Deriving the next steps: We will discuss how the maturity level can be specifically improved and which follow-up packages are sensible.
Result:
Process maturity analysis with recommendations for action.

Booking and

You fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us within 5
working days by email
We will evaluate the questionnaire and send you proposed dates for the
meeting
We
will agree on the meeting date
Conducting the consultation via video call
Based on the
evaluation and discussion, we will suggest further packages to you.
Refund:
The costs for the initial consultation package will be refunded if:
within 5 working days after the initial consultation the package Process Quick-Check is booked, and
within 5 working days after the appointment date of the Process Quick-Check another E-service package is booked.
