The package includes the establishment and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to common standards, in particular ISO 27001. This involves defining processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities. It includes conducting workshops, interviews, and documentation work as well as creating an ISMS manual, policies and templates according to ISO 27001. Based on these results, specific measures and recommendations for the operation of the ISMS are derived.

Result:
Implemented ISMS with manual, policies, templates, and recommendations for action.
Important:
The operational management and maintenance of the ISMS is carried out by the client themselves.
The client must actively participate, particularly in the creation of documentation, processes, and the provision of relevant information, so that the ISMS can be successfully implemented.
