Systematic design and optimisation of your processes based on previously analysed process data and identified weaknesses. The aim is to develop efficient, standardised and digitalisation-ready processes, including documentation, process modelling and definition of responsibilities, documentation, preliminary discussion of the task, expected results and priorities.
Result:
Process design report including responsibilities and optimised processes.
Note:
The process design covers a maximum of one individual process.
Expenses are not included.

Proposals for kick-off and goal definition
Appointment scheduling within 5 working days from order confirmation
Conducting the kick-off and goal definition meeting including the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement as well as regulation of data access and data exchange.
Start of the project
Completion of the project within 10 working days from the kick-off and goal definition meeting
Recommendation of suitable follow-up packages
